Note:  Please read ALL of the details below as there are several sections that are ALL important!

Event Details:

Stampede BBQ (Required Attendance) – July 5, 2018
Arrival:  1700hrs
Meeting / briefing for parade duties: 1900hrs
Dismissal / pick-up:  2000hrs

Dress:  Acceptable civilian attire

Pick-up and drop-off location:  Fort Calgary (see map below)

Participants ONLY will be fed BBQ dinner (menu unknown therefore if your cadet has any food restrictions or allergies it is best to eat at home).  Water / drinks will NOT be provided and are the responsibility of the attending cadet.

Once cadets have eaten, all cadets and supervising staff will meet near the front entrance of the Fort Calgary museum to receive information on the duties / roles that cadets and supervisors will have on the day of the parade.

Parade Day – July 6, 2018
Drop-off:  0600hrs
Dismissal / pick-up: 1300hrs

Dress:  C2A (Officers 3B)
This order of dress for all will be shirt with open collar, undress ribbons, name tag, rank slip-ons, etc.  Eyeglasses and sunglasses shall be conservative in design and colour.  Sunglasses with photochromic or mirrored lenses are not authorized for wear.

Pick-up and drop-off location:  Fort Calgary (see map below) — NOTE TO PARENTS THAT THERE IS NO PARKING.
