Many places offer discounts to Canadian Service personel. Since the Army Cadets are administered by the Department of Defense, several of these places will also extend this discount to Cadets and Army Cadet Volunteers. Here is a short list.

While the basic “Surplus Business” has changed dramatically over the years, we have carefully kept pace with the times to appeal to a broad range of consumers….from the well informed collector…to someone wanting to make a fashion statement!
There is a barber in Airdrie who offers Cadets a discount, but I do not yet have his name and address.
Also, most Army Surplus stores and Military Museums will offer a cadet discount.

just realised that The Airdrie cadets is in Canada.I was thinking that this was the Airdrie in Scotland.I live in the monklands which takes in the town of Airdrie.I wonder if there is a connection
