Next weekend there is a training day on Oct 22 from 0930 to 1700 at Ralph McCall School. Bring a lunch.
Also, there will be a rifle day on the 23(weather permiting) at the Steve Johnson Range (near the Calgary Airport). The cadets will be assigned one of two groups; either 945-1230 or 1215 to 3pm.

The Airdrie Army Cadets range day this weekend is on Saturday, January 29 from 1000 to 1600 (4pm) and not Sunday, Jan 30 as previously mentioned elsewhere.
Dress for the weather, LUNCH WILL NOT BE PROVIDED, so please bring lunch. Cadets should bring water bottles (or a thermos) as there is no running water at the range. The cadets will be outside most of the day and should dress appropriately. Cadets may wear combats if they have them.

11 Dec from 0900 to 1600 is a Shooting Day at the Steve Johnson Range. This is NOT mandatory however we expect that most the cadets will be there. We will be shooting the .22 and the cadets will be learning some lessons.
PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER. Bring a healthy lunch as lunch will NOT be provided.
For those who have not been there, the range is at approximately 6710 11St NE Calgary, Ab T2E7H9 (GPS coordinates 51.113996,-114.036251). It is just north of the Calgary Police station on 11 St NE on the East side.

There will be a range day for the Airdrie Army Cadets 0900-1500 at the Steve Johnson Range by the Calgary Airport on Sept 19, 2010. This is an outdoor range, so dress for the weather and bring lunch.
Captain Mark will also be sending a letter with more information home the the new recruits.
